Roger Goldsmith (From Story To Screen In Eight Weeks)
Roger Goldsmith scripted the film Blackberry Stains which was produced by One-Eyed-Dog Films. Blackberry Stains has since been submitted to the Cannes and Brooklyn Film Festivals 2010.


 

Nick Flintoff (Documentary Filmmaking)
Since completing our Documentary Filmmaking programme, Nick’s film The Devil's Footprints has won an award for Best Student Documentary 2010 at the Altered Images Student Post Production Awards at the Video Broadcast Expo at Earls Court. The film was up against four other nominations and Nick was the only student nominated to have completed a short course.

 

 

Elliott Seller (Part-Time Filmmaking)
Since leaving the Met Film School Elliott has produced a number of television series’ including Colin Fry Live for Living TV. Elliott strives to work with as many of his fellow ex-Met Film School students as possible, filling roles such as Director, Producer, Director of Photography and Sound with Met Film School alumni.

Elliott has also started his own business, the online community talentandproduction.com a creative networking and exhibition platform.

 

 

Jono Stevens (From Story To Screen In Eight Weeks)
Jono had production experience before coming on the course but wanted to expand his understanding of the industry. “It made me realise how important it is to find a clever way in, somewhere where I would meet the best people and gain hands on experience."

 

Jono is co-founder of independent distributor Diffusion Pictures, who are on their third theatrical release.

 

 

Clem Malpas (Documentary Filmmaking)
Clem founded Tin Roof Productions, a Nairobi based company that focuses on producing documentary films for NGOs, charities, international agencies and government projects operating in the region in both an environmental and a humanitarian capacity.

 

Clem founded the production company with friend Abbie Sharp after completing the documentary filmmaking course at the Met Film School, where she made her first documentary about Brian Haw, a peace vigil who had been living and protesting outside the Houses of Parliament for five years. After finishing her course Clem went on to work in the film departments of various NGOs such as CAFOD, One World TV, WSPA and United Nations IRIN OCHA in Nairobi.

 

Clem says: "With the help of my inspirational tutor Bob Harvey and the rest of the Met Film School, I found my passion for social documentaries."

 

 
James Davison (From Story To Screen In Eight Weeks)

James is now with the Callbox diary service and working as a 2nd/1st Assistant Director on both films and commercials.
