Deliverables checklist

Camera Focus

If you decide to commercially exploit your film through a sales agent, or even if you decide to take the task on yourself, these are the elements you will be expected to have:

1. 1 x Broadcast Quality clone of the Master Tape on Digi Beta with (if possible) a separate M&E Track on one of the audio channels for foreign language versions
2. QAR / Quality Assessment Report from a Facility House of the above Digi Beta (if available)
3. 2 x Broadcast Quality Beta SP clone
4. 10 x High quality PAL VHS copies of the Master Tape with front and end credits
5. 10 x DVD copies of the Master Tape with front and end credits (if available)
6. 1 x Timecoded PAL VHS (if available)
7. 3 x High quality NTSC VHS of the Master Tape with front and end credits (if available)
8. 1 x Umatic of the Master Tape (if available)
9. 1 x Mini DV (if available)
10. 1 x Music cue sheet
11. 1 x Copies of any contracts, copyright agreements and/or licensing material prior to this Agreement including all clearances obtained in accordance with Clause 7.3.5. This will include copies of any existing contracts with composers, publishers, record companies, production companies, distributors etc, covering the use of any published music, film extracts, stills, pre-recorded material or any other material owned by a third party.
12. Information about transmissions (terrestrial or other, UK and worldwide) prior to this Agreement including transmission date, broadcaster and country.

14. 1 x Transcript with timecodes
15. 1 x Credit list (complete cast and crew list)
16. Synopsis:

17. 1 x Director/Producer/Writer/Cast biographies
18. 1 x Set of publicity stills (written information on the back regarding who is in the picture and what part of the film it relates to). If these images are available as JPEGS please supply them at the highest resolution possible.
19. Any other publicity material (posters, flyers, press kits, photo of dir / prod etc). All of this helps in promoting the film.
20. A list of any awards, festivals, accolades which the film has received or entered and regular updates from the Maker for our reference.
